2. Products & Drops

UNCOMMON FASHION operates on a limited drop model, and some items may be available as pre-orders.
All products are subject to availability and limited quantities.
Once a drop sells out, restocks are not guaranteed.
Product images are for reference only; actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require production time.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once placed.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved third-party payment providers.
UNCOMMON FASHION is not responsible for payment issues caused by third-party providers.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or stock issues).
If your order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued where applicable.

6. Shipping

Local Shipping (South Africa)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
UNCOMMON FASHION is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping is coming soon.
Once available, additional terms and fees will apply.

7. Exchanges (No Returns or Refunds)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are only accepted for the same product (e.g., size exchange, colour exchange), subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within [5] days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping costs related to exchanges.
